It also provides campus departments the chance to discuss service opportunities for their departments and organizations wherein civic engagement is a major component. AGENDA: - Breakfast & Overview from CSL - Departmental Speakers - Student Presenters share inspiring service learning experiences - Break out for Networking and Tabling Business casual. No cost; complimentary tables and chairs provided for the nonprofit agencies to display marketing materials during networking portion after the program Agency guests and non-permit holders must register their vehicle; information on parking will be emailed to each person who registers. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY EXCHANGE (VOE) A VOLUNTEER FAIR EVENT FOR THE CAMPUS COMMUNITY - FOLLOWING THE PARTNER BREAKFAST Palo Duro Lounge 1st floor of the EH Hereford University Center 11:30am-1:00pm No cost; tables are provided Community Agencies attending the Partner Breakfast are encouraged to conduct tabling at this volunteer fair. We're partnering with UTA Volunteers, a student campus organization in the Follett Student Leadership Center, who will help us move your information table items one floor down, to an open-room setting inside the UC close to the campus Food Court. This event is open to the entire UTA Community and enables faculty, staff, student organizations, campus departments, and/or individuals to network with our area nonprofit agencies to find ongoing or short-term service learning or volunteer opportunities. VOE is an open event for our campus community, so please take advantage of this unique experience.
