Mel Sellick is an applied psychologist specializing in Human–AI Interaction, with a background spanning media, tech, and social science. The creator of foundational frameworks for psychological and cognitive readiness in AI-mediated environments, Mel has worked with UNESCO, the Harvard AI for Human Flourishing Council and is the IEEE Chair for Organizational Readiness Human-AI.
