The Center for Service Learning will select individual students and student teams to present diverse service learning projects to UTA faculty, administrators, staff, and community partners at the annual Student Service Learning Showcase. These projects will highlight community engagement organized and completed as a service learning component within a UTA course during any semester between Fall 2023 - Spring 2025. Students chosen must be available to present their service learning projects during the Showcase event and to attend the entire event. A $50 scholarship will be awarded to all presenters. Students not chosen for the 10-minute presentations will be invited to display/discuss their service learning project with a creative poster or table display at the event, before and after the program. You will also have the opportunity give a 1-2-minute overview of your project at the beginning of the program. Breakfast will be provided to all attendees.
