---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Guidelines 1. Recital Program Information must be submitted at least 7 days before the recital date. Forms received less than 7 days before the recital date may not be processed or printed. 2. Personal dedications, thank-yous, and program notes will not be included in the printed recital program. If you would like to have a dedication/thank you/program note page, you are responsible for creating and copying your own handouts. 3. Please make sure all titles are submitted in standardized form. Good Example: Piano Sonata No. 14 in C-sharp minor "Moonlight Sonata", Op. 27, No. 2 Bad Example: Moonlight Sonata 4. Movements should be labeled appropriately. Good Example: I. Allegro moderato II. Adagio molto espressivo III. Scherzo. Allegro IV. Presto Bad Example: Allegro moderato/Adagio molto espressivo/Scherzo. Allegro/Presto 5. Lyrics/Translations - We will print translations if it is 6 pages or less (3 sheets printed double sided). Please upload a PDF of the pages, formatted appropriately and ready to be printed. 6. After your form is submitted, a draft of the program will be emailed to you for approval. It is your responsibility to check your email and submit any edits or corrections in a timely manner.
