Music Student Orgs - Reservation Request Form

This form is for Music Department Student Organizations to request a reservation for the lobby of the South Section of the Fine Arts Building or the outside spaces in front of the music building for fundraisers or other events. Please use this form for all event requests so we can make sure spaces aren't double booked!

If food is being served, any person handling the food items must have a current food handlers license and be able to show it if requested.

Requests are first come first served and will be checked against the department and university calendars to ensure there aren't conflicts.
