This form is for current UTA undergraduate and graduate students to request permission to enroll in elective lessons.

Non-music majors, please be aware that permission is granted tentatively pending budget availability. You will be contacted shortly before classes begin with information on if you have been given permission to enroll.

Please be aware - elective lessons have a one-time fee on top of regular per credit hour tuition cost.
A 1/2 hour lesson is one credit hour, and incurs a $350 additional fee. A 1 hour lesson is two credit hours, and incurs a $700 additional fee.
