No canned or pre-made chili from the grocery store/restaurants will be accepted.

2. Make and bring a minimum of 8 quarts of your chili. If you'd like to bring more, please feel free!

3. Your chili will be judged by several members of the UTA administration. Factors of aroma, taste, appearance, and texture will be considered.

4.There will be 3 awards given at the end of the Cook-Off: Champion, Runner Up, and Best Booth. Champion and runner-up will be based on your chili scoring by the judges. Best Booth will be based on your booth/table decorations and will be chosen by the Chili Cook-Off Committee.

Please note that we will provide tasting cups, bowls, plastic utensils, napkins, a tent and a table.

We suggest your team bring a crock-pot to keep your chili warm for the judges and crowd to sample.
