Incoming students attending their first semester must attend IMSE New Grad Student Orientation on Canvas at https://uta.instructure.com and fill the form at the end to notify your advisor of IMSE departmental orientation completion. New International Students are required to attend another orientation for the International Office Orientation as well.

Student must fill out the top portion (student section) of this form.
Student must fill out the Student Information and Internship Information Section. The course name and number is IE 5191 with instructor Subhash Singhal.
Submit you Degree Plan, so that your advisor can verify that you are on following the plan correctly and on track to graduate.

If you are an International Student and you are taking less than full-time enrollment, or in your final semester, you must submit this form. If you are doing a CPT, you must enroll in IE 5191.
